Outreach locations have finally been announced and teams made! I’m excited to say that I will be heading back to the Kimberly region of Australia for the third time, and for the fist time I will be going to Indonesia.
In the Kimberly I will be one of the leaders, as the whole school will be staying together for the first six weeks. We will be doing all sorts of ministry; youth, young adult, camps, community visits, late night get togethers, one on one discipleship, evangelism, ect. I’m so excited to be going back for the third year in a row, to see the changes that God is doing in the communities up there and to continue to be a part of seeing breakthrough in the Kimberly which so desperately needs the hope, love, and redemption of Jesus.
For the remaining four weeks I will be leading a team to the Maluku Islands in Indonesia. The team and I will be flying into Ambon and meeting up with a contact there. We then will have ministry opportunities all over the island. Ranging from evangelism in all sorts of forms, preaching, teaching, simple health care, Appropriate Technology, teaching English, and who knows what. We will be going to one of the most remote places in Indonesia, and I am so looking forward to it.
In order for to see this happen I need to see 3,500 (USD) to come in. I currently have no finance to put toward the outreach, which starts in October. If you would like to partner with me in going to these locations check out the contact page to see about ways of doing so. I know that God has spoken to be a part of this school and to be on outreach. I am trusting Him to see this finance come in.
If you have any questions or know anything about these areas and want to share insight or words of encouragement please contact me. My email is located on the contact page.
Thank you so much for reading these posts. I’ll keep writing more as we learn more about our locations and detail on what we will be doing.
Also please be praying for me in these areas over the next few weeks:
– Our camping trip for the next three weeks
– Wisdom on preparations for outreach
– Time management, that I rely on God for the daily schedule things and don’t over work myself
– Financial provision for both staff fees and outreach
